Gallery Henoch is pleased to present a selection of recent painting by Kevin Palme. The show will run from March 13 to April 5, 2025. A public reception will be held for the artist on Thursday, March 13th, from 6 pm – 8 pm.

In this newest series of oil paintings, Palme portrays towers of ice cubes in hyperrealist detail. Inspired by ancient colonnades, Palme explores the impermanence of matter. He conceives of his icy structures as explorations of fragility, designed to melt. “Standing alone against indeterminate spaces… they serve as a memorial to things destined not to last.”

Kevin Palme lives and works in Asheville, North Carolina. He has participated in exhibitions across the country and is featured in private collections globally. Palme earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. This exhibit runs concurrent to Annette Davidek’s solo show Bouncing Forward.
